How Working With Me Actually Works

No long onboarding, no surprise scope changes. Here’s exactly what happens from your first message to a finished audit, and what I need from you at each step.

Step 1: Free 15-Minute Tracking Health Check

You fill in the short form on the contact page. I review your website tracking and analytics setup at a high level and send back practical recommendations you can act on straight away, whether or not you ever hire me.

• What I do: A quick, genuine review of your setup, not a sales pitch

• What you provide: Your website URL and which ad platforms you use

• What you receive: Written recommendations, within 24 hours

• What happens next: If there’s real work worth doing, I’ll explain it and quote the cost. If not, I’ll tell you that directly.

Step 2: Diagnostic Audit

If the health check shows there’s something worth digging into, I go through your full tracking setup: Google Tag Manager, GA4, and your ad platform pixels, line by line.

• What I do: A full review of your tracking setup, covered in detail in the Conversion Tracking & Attribution Audit

• What you provide: Read-only access to Google Tag Manager, GA4, and your ad platforms. I never need admin or billing access.

• What you receive: A written, plain-English report covering what’s broken, how much it’s likely affecting your numbers, and what to fix first

• Typical timing: Around 3 business days once I have access

Step 3: Fix and Implementation

Once you have the report, the choice is yours. You can take it and implement the fixes yourself, hand it to a developer, or have me do the work.

• What I do: If you choose to hire me, I implement the fixes, which may include server-side tracking setup where the audit shows conversions are being lost to browser restrictions

• What you provide: Approval on scope and cost before any work starts

• What you receive: Documentation of exactly what was changed and why, plus a verification check confirming the fix worked

• Typical timing: Depends on the scope. I’ll give you a specific estimate before we begin.

Step 4: Ongoing Monitoring and Reporting (Optional)

Tracking setups drift as platforms update and websites change. If you’d like ongoing peace of mind, I offer a light monthly check, and can build a live dashboard so you can see your corrected numbers without asking anyone.
